For breakfast I had a really yummi raspberry smoothie with orange juice and joghurt. It could have used a little more joghurt, but hey, next time 😉

Zum Frühstück gab es einen echt leckeren Himbeer Smoothie mit Orangensaft und Joghurt. Er hätte ein bisschen mehr Joghurt vertragen können, aber das weiß ich ja jetzt fürs nächste mal 😉

 

Lunch

My lunch was surprisingly really good. I had a rucola, tomato, mozzarella, avocado salad with a dressing of oil and vinegar and sunflower seeds. Usually I don’t like rucola at all, but mixed with all the other goodies it was actually quite good.

Erstaunlicherweise war mein Mittagessen richtig gut. Ich hatte einen Rucola, Avocado, Tomate, Mozzarella Salat mit einem Essig-Öl Dressing und Sonnenblumenkernen. Normalerweise esse ich gar keinen Rucola, aber gemischt mit den restlichen Leckereien war der Salat richtig gut!

 

Dinner

Dinner was my little highlight today. I had a salmon-spinach quiche. All you need is 100 gr butter, 2 onions, 200 gr spinach, tomatoes, 3 eggs, 100 gr sour cream, 100 gr goat cream cheese and salt and pepper. With all the cream it’s maybe not 100 percent healthy, but it’s not not healthy either 😉
